The strength of the Real Felipe

The strength of the Real Felipe is a representative testimony of the History of Peru and a unique sample of military architecture of the eighteenth century. Built to defend Callao in front of the multiple risks of the time, was the scene of conspiracies during the government of Viceroy Pezuela, of intense events politicians in the time of Bolivar and the capitulation of Rodil, with which ended the Spanish rule in Peru.

The participation of Real Felipe in multiple national events I grant it great relevance. It represents a link between the viceregal epoch and the Republic. Your sole physical presence is a architectural and aesthetic sample that should be highlighted.
